This bank is the central bank for Star Theater Horse World.  It's where users hold accounts for their $STRP currency, Gold and other precious metals and valuables.  It has a large vault with safety deposit boxes for account holders.  This bank does mortgage lending, and gives Promissory Notes for other lending.  We have offices in most cities and towns in the game.
