For players to attend most RP Events, they must be an approved RP Member.   However, the event leader has the option make exceptions.  For example, give permission to certain players.  It is recommended that event leaders post a link to the rules.  This will help to avoid chaos that could hinder the fun of those who are serious.  Believe me, I know this from experience. 

If an event is hosted....

.... by an RP group, by default use the general RP Rules. However, RP Groups may have additional rules - or very little rules.  It's up to the group leaders.

Leaders - do not start your event more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. It is quite rude to make players wait for latecomers.  That's not why they joined the event.
